Return or exchange Window

We offer a 3-day return/exchange policy from the date of delivery.


Eligibility for Returns or exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and unwashed
  • Must be in original packaging with tags intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Free vs Paid Returns or exchange

  • Free Returns: Applicable in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect product
  • Paid Returns: For all other reasons (size, change of mind, etc.)

Important Requirement

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage/defect claim
  • Claims without video proof may not be accepted

Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated after product inspection
  • Amount will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
