We offer a 3-day return/exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns or exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and unwashed
- Must be in original packaging with tags intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Free vs Paid Returns or exchange
- Free Returns: Applicable in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect product
- Paid Returns: For all other reasons (size, change of mind, etc.)
Important Requirement
- An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage/defect claim
- Claims without video proof may not be accepted
Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated after product inspection
- Amount will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
